Very Spicy Tomato Sauce with Tagliatelle

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Bag of tagliatelle
  • 3 Chopped onions
  • 5 Garlic
  • 0,5 Jar of stuffed olives
  • 12 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Small can of peeled tomatoes
  • 750 ml Organic tomato juice
  • 2 tsp Dried chives
  • Oregano (wild marjoram) spice, basil
  • Salt, pinch of sugar
  • 2 Chili peppers deseeded and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Roast the onions and garlic in a little fat. Top up with tomato juice, fresh tomatoes and peeled tomatoes. Cut the chilli peppers, remove the seeds, chop finely. Add the other spices as well. Simmer until the sauce has a creamy consistency. To taste.
  • Prepare pasta from the fresh food counter according to the instructions on the packet. Delicious.
