Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml Aceto balsamico, e.g. from Ponti
  • 70 ml olive oil, mild or slightly hot, not bitter
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 5 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • ¾ tsp sugar or honey or agave syrup
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Garden herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Vinaigrette

Combine the vinegar and oil with the mustard until smooth, then stir in the pepper, salt, and sugar. Taste and adjust the seasoning to taste. Add the finely chopped garlic clove and season again. Finally, stir in the herbs. If the dressing is too thick, add a few tablespoons of cold water until the desired consistency is reached. Depending on the quantity and taste, you can also vary the amount of vinegar and oil. Fresh leaf salad, arugula, or other salad greens are ideal for this. This amount of dressing is enough for a large bowl of salad.
