Vienetta dessert with raspberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of meringue(s) (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 package of raspberries (frozen, approx. 300 g)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • possibly vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of ice cream (Vienetta vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

super-quick dessert

Smash the meringue in the bag and place it in a bowl. Place the frozen raspberries on top. Whip the cream, with or without vanilla sugar to taste, and spread it over the raspberries. Cut the ice cream into slices and place it on top of the cream. Cover the bowl and let it stand at room temperature for about 2-3 hours. The raspberries and ice cream can easily be substituted for other flavors.
