Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 pair of Vienna sausages
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • dill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Suitable as a main course or sauce.

Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Halve and slice the cucumber. Slice the wiener sausages. Add both to the pan and fry. When the wiener sausages are lightly browned, stir in the tomato paste and dill. Stir in the cream cheese and season with the spices. If necessary, thin with a little water if the sauce is too thick. It tastes great as a main course or as a sauce with boiled potatoes or pasta.
