Ingredients for 60 servings:
- 200 g butter/margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3 eggs, including the yolk
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 500 g flour
- ½ pack of gingerbread spice
- ½ cup(s) plum jam
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk, for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Cream the butter until creamy, then mix in the eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar. Sift in the flour and knead in the gingerbread spice. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then roll out and cut out triangles, top with plum jam, and fold in the corners. Brush with egg yolk, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for about 18 minutes.
