Vinaigrette, simple and long-lasting

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 75 ml vinegar of your choice, e.g. herbal, raspberry, apple, balsamic vinegar etc.
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt, possibly more generously
  • 2 pinch(s) white pepper, maybe more
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • n. B. herbs
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. Oil, flavored
  • n. B. Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Vinegar and oil with few ingredients, very flexible

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The vinaigrette will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. When using fresh herbs, use as little water as possible. Freeze-dried herbs will also have a longer shelf life.
