Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 ml olive oil
- 75 ml vinegar of your choice, e.g. herbal, raspberry, apple, balsamic vinegar etc.
- 1 pinch(s) of salt, possibly more generously
- 2 pinch(s) white pepper, maybe more
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- n. B. herbs
- n. B. garlic
- n. B. Oil, flavored
- n. B. Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Vinegar and oil with few ingredients, very flexible
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The vinaigrette will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. When using fresh herbs, use as little water as possible. Freeze-dried herbs will also have a longer shelf life.
