Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 6 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

very good with arugula

Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake well. This vinaigrette thrives on the combination of vinegar and oil, so please don’t alter it. It tastes especially good with slightly bitter salads, like arugula or lamb’s lettuce.
