Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (raspberry balsamic vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) ground pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour everything into a tall mug. Mix thoroughly. It goes well with all leafy salads.
