new variant

Clean and wash the cornelian cherries, then place them in a separate pot with a little apple juice and cook until soft. Then strain the mixture through a sieve and collect it in a bowl, then set aside. Now clean and wash the rose hips, elderberries, rowanberries, apple, and nectarine, removing the blossoms and stems, and place them in a pot with a little apple juice and cook until soft. Mash the mixture in a food mill, and only then add the bananas. Let everything cool down. Now pour both mixtures into a clean pot and add the spices, lemon juice, and citric acid to the jam. Once everything is well blended, add the gelling sugar and let the jam stand for a while with the gelling sugar. Then, according to the package instructions, cook the jam for 4 minutes, then fill the hot, clean twist-off jars and seal.
