  • 375 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Make a jam from fresh, ripe red cornelian cherries. Peel and pit the nectarines, then slice them very thinly. Peel and pit the Grafensteiner cherries, then slice them very thinly. Then place everything in a saucepan, sprinkle with the preserving sugar, and let it set for a while. Cook the jam for 4 minutes according to the instructions, pour it into prepared, hot twist-off jars, and seal. This jam has its own unique flavor and tastes delicious.
