  • 600 ml cold-pressed juice of ripe, dark red cornelian cherries
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 1 handful of rock sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vitamin C donor

Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook for 4 minutes according to the package instructions. Then pour into prepared, hot twist-off jars and seal tightly. The cold-pressed juice is listed in the database. Cornelian cherries are rich in vitamin C and a true vitamin booster!
