Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 3 oranges
- 1 piece(s) ginger, fresh, approx. 1 – 2 cm
- 2 lemons

very tasty juice especially for colds
Soak the carrots in water for two hours. Peel the oranges and lemons and cut off a 1-2 cm wide piece of ginger. Juice the oranges, lemons, ginger, and carrots in a juicer. If you don’t have one, you can also juice the lemons and oranges and then blend them with the ginger and carrots in a blender until you have a smoothie.
