Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples, small
- 1 carrot(s)
- 125 g raspberries
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 375 ml juice (True fruits smoothie yellow, passion fruit, mango, orange)
- 1 shot of juice (multivitamin juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and core the apples, but do not peel them, as most of the vitamins are under the skin. Cut the apples into chunks, wash the carrots and cut them into small slices, wash the raspberries, and halve the oranges and lemons. First, put the carrots in a blender and puree. If they don’t blend well, add a little multivitamin juice. Once the carrots are pureed, add the raspberries and continue blending. Then add the apples and puree until a puree forms. Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges and lemons and pour the juice into the puree. Continue blending, and when everything is well blended, add the smoothie and blend one last time. Strain the puree through a sieve. The smoothie can be drunk on its own, added to yogurt, or topped up with mineral water to make a spritzer.
