Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 small pepper, dried
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 cl vodka
  • 1 cl cognac
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the pepperoni and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream, vodka, and cognac. Remove the pepperoni and add the Parmesan cheese.
