Waffle bowl

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool down. Separate the eggs. Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder. Add milk, sugar, salt and egg yolk and stir. Stir in the still liquid butter. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Let it soak for about 15 minutes. Bake thin waffles in the preheated waffle iron brushed with butter. Then place it over a bowl while it is still warm, press it down gently and let it cool down. For the filling, chop up the brownies and pour them into the bowls. Whip the cream until stiff and pour over the brownies. Arrange the caramelized blueberries on top.

Caramelized blueberries

  1. Heat the sugar syrup in a pan until it is slightly brown. Wash the blueberries under warm running water and pat dry. Add this approx. 1 minute to the heated sugar syrup in the pan. When these start to be juicy, take them out.

Brownies

  1. Mix cocoa and sugar. Melt the margarine and stir in the cocoa-sugar mixture. Add the eggs and keep stirring. Now mix the flour, salt and baking powder and fold into the margarine-cocoa mixture. Add the vanilla sugar to the mixture and, if desired, add ½ teaspoon of finely chopped nuts without shell. Put the mixture in a greased baking pan. Bake them at 175 ° for about 35 minutes. Then let it cool down and cover with chocolate drops. Crumble the brownie mixture and place in the waffle bowls.

Peacekeks
