Waffle cake with chocolate cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 375 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 125 ml milk
  • Cherry(s), (Imperial cherries)
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A dream for young and old

Mix the butter with sugar, salt, egg, flour, milk, water, and 3 tablespoons of cream. Bake 5 large waffles from the batter in the waffle iron. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Put 3 tablespoons of this into a piping bag. Mix 1/3 of the cream with the chocolate sauce. Spread one waffle with 1/3 of the cream, place the second waffle on top and spread with half of the chocolate cream, place the third waffle on top and spread with another third of the cream, then place the fourth waffle with the remaining chocolate cream, and cover everything with the fifth waffle. Put the remaining cream in a piping bag and pipe thick tufts of cream onto the surface. Garnish with cherries and place chocolate sprinkles in the center. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
