Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g waffles (fresh egg waffles), ready-made, rectangular
- 400 ml cream
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 2 cups of red fruit compote
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- Sugar, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, line a large baking dish with fresh egg waffles. Next, in a mixing bowl, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Then, using a wooden spoon, stir in the quark and half a cup of crème fraîche. Spread half of the mixture evenly over the waffles. Next, add more waffles, which are placed tightly together on the cream. Finally, add another layer of cream and quark. Spread the red fruit compote over the top. The slices are ready to eat after about 2-3 hours of chilling in the fridge. The slices taste particularly good the next day. No soggy weather. They can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
