Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 130 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- e.g. Cake icing, various
- n. B. chocolate decoration, or other decoration
- 24 waffle cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with a mixer (with beaters) until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar, stirring until the mixture forms a smooth consistency. Beat in each egg for about 1/2 minute on high speed. Mix the flour with the baking powder and beat in briefly on medium speed. Spoon the batter into a piping bag fitted with an 8 mm nozzle and fill the cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Melt the glaze and dip the waffle cakes with the batter dome into the glaze to decorate.
