Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour, type 1050
- 100 g corn semolina
- 375 ml buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 70 g brown sugar
- ½ tsp, leveled vanilla powder
- 40 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Extremely tasty even with little fat and little sugar!
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer for about 2 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Then pour the appropriate amount into the waffle iron.
