Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g celeriac, peeled
  • 150 g apples, sour, peeled
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) white pepper
  • 1 some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely slice the celery, season with salt, add lemon juice, and mix thoroughly. Finely slice the apples and mix with the celery, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Season and add the chopped walnuts. Pairs well with cold poultry dishes.
