Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g walnuts
- 50 g almond flakes
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tsp sugar, or more to taste
- 3 tsp flour
- 200 g sweet cream
- 200 g milk
- 1 tsp herbal salt, or Fondor
- n. B. Sherry

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Pasta sauce, dip
Drop the garlic cloves onto the rotating blade (speed 4, 5 seconds). Add the walnuts and butter, and sauté for 4 minutes on speed 4. Then puree everything on speed 6, 6 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, except the flaked almonds, and cook for 4 minutes on reverse speed 2 at 100°C. Finally, stir in the flaked almonds (preferably toasted) on reverse speed 1, 30 seconds.
