Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g butter, soft
- 50 g walnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- n. B. sugar
Instructions

Hazelnut or pistachio butter for bread, pasta, vegetables
Chop the walnut halves to your liking (from coarsely chopped to finely ground) and stir into the softened butter with salt and pepper. Serve with bread, pasta, and vegetables. Tip: The walnut halves can also be caramelized with a little sugar in a non-stick pan before they are thoroughly cooled and stirred into the butter. You can replace the walnuts with ground hazelnuts or pistachios.
