Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 eggs, separated
- 250 g walnuts, finely ground
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions

Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a batter. Stir in the finely ground walnuts. Finally, beat the eight egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Bake at 150°C for about 40 minutes and let cool. Cut in half and fill with stiffly whipped cream, spreading it all over. This recipe uses ground nuts instead of flour, which creates a delicious flavor.
