Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg whites
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 250 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the powdered sugar. Then stir the mixture over a pan of simmering water for about 15-20 minutes until it reaches a firm consistency. Finally, fold in the chopped walnuts. Place small heaping spoons onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 120°C for one hour.
