Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 75 g walnut kernels
- 20 g hard cheese, Italian
- 3 sprigs parsley, flat
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- ½ tsp organic lemon zest
- 50 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly chop the garlic and walnuts. Finely grate the cheese. Pick the parsley leaves and roughly chop them. Place everything in a food processor and roughly puree with the sunflower oil. Add the lemon zest and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and blend briefly. Makes approximately 250 ml.
