Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 6 walnuts
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- n. B. Egg(s), hard-boiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk together the lemon juice and walnut oil, season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic clove and walnuts and add them. Stir in the herbs. You can also add a chopped egg, but of course, the sauce is not vegan in this case! It goes very well with lamb’s lettuce.
