Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g beetroot, cooked
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely grate the precooked and peeled beetroot while wearing gloves. Sauté in a little butter and thicken slightly with a roux made from butter and flour. Season to taste with sugar, salt, and vinegar. It goes perfectly with Polish dumplings and goose.
