Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 25 g couscous
  • 15 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • ½ tsp flaxseed
  • 5 g cranberries or raisins
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp walnut oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple and delicious

Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan. Cut the apple half into bite-sized pieces. Add all the other ingredients except the honey and walnut oil to the milk and stir. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, until the grains are softened. Finally, stir in the oil and honey. Enjoy warm.
