Warm fennel salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 bulbs of fennel
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150g salami
  • 60 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the outer skin and stalks from the fennel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the salami and finely chop the onion. Make a dressing with vinegar and oil. Toss the drained fennel with the onion, salami, and dressing. Season with salt. Sprinkle the salad with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
