Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with orange sauce

Sorry, I don’t remember the exact instructions – I always make the recipe roughly. But it’s really simple. Dilute the orange marmalade with the orange juice and a little olive oil. Add a little basil and pepper and hey presto – the sauce is ready. Half toast the bread. Place a slice of goat’s cheese on each slice of bread. Place it under the heated oven grill until the cheese slowly starts to melt. Arrange a few lettuce leaves on 4 plates and place the slices of bread with the cheese on top. Drizzle with a little orange sauce and serve garnished with toasted pine nuts. Warm goat’s cheese, but without the boring honey.
