Warm Potato and Mushroom Salad

The perfect warm potato and mushroom salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Jacket potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 250 g Brown mushrooms, cleaned and diced
  • 1 Bd Spring onions fresh, cleaned, cut into rings
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped leaf parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon olive oil
  1. Fry the potatoes in olive oil, add the mushrooms and fry them over medium heat. Fold in the spring onion rings and garlic and fry for another two minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve warm as a side dish.
