Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 210 g tomato paste
- 750 g whipped cream
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 tbsp rosemary
- 6 tbsp whiskey, e.g. B. Jack Daniel’s
- lots of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the butter in a saucepan and melt. Once the butter has melted, add the heavy cream and mix. Add the tomato paste and mix until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and heat slightly; do not boil! Serve the whiskey sauce warm.
