Summer pasta salad with snow peas and feta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g farfalle
  • 100 g snow pea(s)
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 90 g feta cheese
  • 40 ml vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix, Italian
  • possibly paprika powder
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Add the pasta to salted water and cook according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash the snow peas, trim the ends, and halve them. Cook in lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, halve or slice the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands. Place the cooked pasta and snow peas in a colander and rinse with cold water or let them cool to room temperature. Add everything to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and pour over the vinegar. Season to taste, e.g., with salt, pepper, and Italian spices. A little paprika and garlic also go well. Stir well and serve. 560 kcal per serving.
