Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ watermelon(s)
- 500 g feta cheese
- 5 sprigs of mint
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), organic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the watermelon and remove the seeds. Drain the feta well and dice it as well. Wash the mint, shake it dry, remove the leaves from the stems, and finely chop. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice from one half. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Thread a melon and feta cube onto small toothpicks, sprinkle with the mint, and serve with the dressing.
