- 200 g watermelon(s)
- 150 ml white wine (dry Riesling)
- 4 cl Grand Marnier
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes
Deseed the watermelon, cut it into small pieces, and freeze. Combine the frozen melon pieces, Riesling, and Grand Marnier in a high-powered blender and puree. Divide the slush between two glasses and enjoy.
