Watermelon soup with chili

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 melon(s) (watermelon), ripe, ice-cold, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut out the seedless sections, collect the juice, and add it to the blender. Strain the pieces with seeds through a sieve; you don’t need all of the juice. Add the contents of the bowl to the blender. Blend until smooth, add the chili flakes, and blend briefly again. Serve in chilled bowls with ice cubes and garnish with chili flakes.
