Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg Mett, Thuringian
- 2 cans of corn
- 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans of tomatoes
- ½ bottle of tomato ketchup
- 200 g sweet cream
- lots of onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder (rose hot)
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 45 minutes
Brown the minced meat with onions. Add the mushrooms, corn, tomatoes (pureed beforehand), and ketchup, and simmer thoroughly. Add the cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and Tabasco, and simmer thoroughly. Let stand for 24 hours, bring to a boil, and season to taste—done!
