Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup oil, large
  • 5 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 packet of baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, maybe a little more
  • 2 can/n peach(s) sliced
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 0.38 liters of juice (multivitamin or peach – passion fruit)
  • 3 packs of sauce (custard), e.g. Galeta without cooking

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the first five ingredients in a batter and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Allow the base to cool completely. Drain the peaches well and then top the base with them. Whip 4 cups of cream, add the vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer. Spread the cream over the base and peaches. Whip the cream together from the vanilla sauce (without cooking) and the fruit juice into a creamy glaze and spread it over the cream. Refrigerate the cake for several hours before decorating.
