Pancakes with jam

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 dashes mineral water
  • n. B. jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk well. Add the milk and mix. Add the flour, salt, and sugar while stirring. Add a good splash of mineral water to make the batter lighter. Let it stand for about 15 minutes. Heat a little butter in a large (Teflon) frying pan over medium heat. Using a ladle, add enough batter to the pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Let it set until the surface of the pancake is firm, then flip it over with a spatula and briefly fry on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Spread the finished, warm pancakes thinly with jam and roll them up. Also delicious with cinnamon and sugar or applesauce.
