Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 15 g powdered sugar
- 30 g butter, soft
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 4 slice(s) white toast
- 1 tbsp butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Combine the powdered sugar with 30g of butter. Stir in the cinnamon. Toast the bread and lightly brush with the remaining butter. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on each slice of bread. Place on a baking sheet (I simply use a piece of aluminum foil) and bake for 5-7 minutes.
