Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 large eggs
- 200 g chocolate with at least 80% cocoa content
- 100 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 cl whiskey
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Melt 150g of chocolate with butter in a double boiler. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Add the whiskey, flour, and baking powder and mix. Cut the remaining chocolate into small pieces and fold them in at the end. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins and bake for about 15 minutes.
