Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s)
- 400 g sugar
- 1 liter of whiskey
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the plums in half and let them steep in the sugar overnight. I leave the pits in; it adds a special flavor. The next day, transfer the plums to large jars, fill with whiskey, and seal the jars tightly. Let stand for four weeks and then enjoy. I transfer the fruit and the liqueur to small, wide glasses. It no longer tastes like whiskey.
