Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g beans, white, from the can
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp rosemary, needles, fresh
- e.g. olive oil
- Rosemary, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
also suitable as an antipasto
Drain the beans. Mince the garlic clove and rosemary. Place everything in a blender along with the lemon juice and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl. If desired, drizzle with olive oil, but this isn’t necessary. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve with fresh pita bread or toast; it also works well as a spread or antipasto.
