Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml oil
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 g flour
- 100 g almond(s), blanched, ground
- 100 g chocolate (white crisp)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate, as desired
- 1 tsp oil
- Almond(s), (flakes)

quick, easy and super juicy
Finely grind/grate the chocolate in a blender. Grease a 25 cm loaf pan and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, slowly add the oil, and stir in the yogurt. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift in, add the almonds and chocolate, and stir everything in briefly. Pour into the pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Let it rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Once the cake has cooled, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stir in the oil, and glaze the cake. Garnish with flaked almonds, if desired. You can, of course, omit the glaze.
