Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g cream or 75 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 500 g quark
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the cream or milk and dissolve the coffee powder in it. Pour the quark into a bowl and stir together with the coffee cream and honey until smooth. Coarsely grate the white chocolate, set aside a tablespoon of the chocolate shavings, and stir the rest into the quark. Serve garnished with the white and brown chocolate shavings.
