Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g chopped white chocolate
- 75 g nuts (macadamia), chopped
- 60 g butter, melted
- 180 ml milk
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sift the dry ingredients together and briefly stir in the remaining ingredients. Fill into greased muffin cups. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
