Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g salmon, fresh
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 80 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp berries, red
  • tsp dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Poach fresh salmon for about 10 minutes. Then drain and cut into large pieces to cool. Meanwhile, finely chop the smoked salmon with a knife. Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely chop the drained red berries. Finely chop the cooled salmon. Mix all ingredients well, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
