Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 60 g cream, or double cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Served hot or cold with fruit, poached pears, peaches, nectarines or chocolate pudding
Bring 4 tablespoons of water and the vanilla sugar to a boil in a small saucepan and reduce to a syrupy consistency for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Roughly chop the chocolate, add it to the hot syrup, and stir until melted. Stir in the cream or double cream and heat briefly. Serve warm or cold.
