Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 500 g white currants
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 handfuls of almond flakes
- possibly grease for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Prepare the crumble from the first four ingredients. De-stem the currants, wash them, and mix them with the vanilla sugar. Prepare a baking dish, grease if necessary, and spread the currants first, followed by the crumble. Finally, sprinkle the flaked almonds on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
