Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g sugar
  • 75 g honey
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g cream
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 75 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the sugar, honey, butter, and cream in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the flaked almonds, slivered almonds, and hazelnuts and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring well. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the second rack from the bottom of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet, then turn out and spread with the chocolate coating melted in a water bath. Let it cool again. Finally, cut into diamonds or squares.
